Shipping & Cancellation Policy

1. Shipping Non Customized - We ship pan India and as of now, we do not ship internationally. Once your order has been placed, it will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days. The shipping time for standard shipping is 3-5* working days depending on your location. Working days do not include weekends and bank holidays.

Shipping Customized Products - - We ship pan India and as of now, we do not ship internationally. Once your order has been placed, it will be processed and dispatched within 12 working days. The shipping time for standard shipping is 12-16* working days depending on your location. Working days do not include weekends and bank holidays.

2. Cancellation - Please email us at hey@getnovo.in to cancel the order, if the order has been dispatched then it cannot be cancelled. Cancellations will be accepted only within 10 hours of placing the order.

*We do not guarantee that it will reach you within the mentioned time frame as the delivery may get delayed due to reasons beyond our control like weather conditions, public holidays, logistical problems faced by the courier company etc.
