However, if the exact product is not available, we will issue store credit equivalent to the value of the original purchase.
3. Non-Eligible Returns:
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Any products purchased during the Sale Period.
- Free Products provided during the occasional Sale Period.
4. Store Credit:
Store credit issued in lieu of a replacement can be used towards a future purchase at our online store. The store credit will be valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.

2. Cancellation - Please email us at hey@getnovo.in to cancel the order. If the order has been dispatched then it cannot be cancelled. Cancellations will be accepted only within 10 hours of placing the order.
